About Amigos de Rimkieta
The Foundation’s mission is to develop the best living conditions possible in the Rimkieta neighbourhood and the surrounding areas in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso.
The Foundation focuses especially on women and children and providing them with education, food and healthcare, as well as working towards the social and professional advancement of women.
Burkina Faso placed 183rd out of 188 countries in the 2015 Human Development Index issued by the United Nations Development Programme.
